Jing Shan Park This photo shows the major building structures and the Imperial Garden in the Forbidden City. The garden was built in 1417 in the Ming dynasty, covering about 12,000 square meters. There are about 20 structures of different styles that are in harmony with the trees, rockeries, flowerbeds and bronze incense burners in the garden.
